Charlotte Gainsbourg‘s “Les Oxalis” gets a seductive tempo boost and is taken from intimate bedroom vibes to full on club anthem all thanks to the indomitable Alan Braxe. The track is lifted from Charlotte’s incredible album ‘Rest’ which was her first in about 7 years. The album was birthed from loss and she created some of her best work to date. “Les Oxalis” is the closing track on the album and one of our favorites. The don Alan Braxe builds on the disco rhythm of the original adding much more percussion, some mesmerizing piano reverbs and sweeping synths. It’s everything we love about disco and more.
