AIMES – “Harmonique Cosmique” EP
AIMES continues leaving a trail of fire behind his 2015. This time, his weapon of choice is a new EP titled Harmonique Cosmique featuring four original versions of the title track. In this release AIMES shows off his mastery of dance music as fluid and kinetic genre by scrapping the track across different soundscapes. The first tack on the EP is the disco version borrows from heavy italo influences. Following the disco track, is the late night version which dabbles in electro synthesizers and can no doubt light the floor on fire – reminds us of 2007 when a line haircuts were “the business.” The AM version is a more upbeat seems like a cross over between the disco and late night version. The EP closes out with a chill out version perfect for an adult piña colada- poolside.
