Vic Mensa – “Wimme Nah (Prod. By Kaytranada)”
2014 saw the release of Vic Mensa‘s outstanding debut single “Down On My Luck” and with it swept the running for best new artist here at IHOS. Today we’re graced with Mensa’s follow up track “Wimme Nah” produced by the buzzing Canadian based electronic producer Kaytranada. The collaboration seems natural, authentic and makes for a seemingly grounded follow up. Musically the track is high energy yet disguised as a chill-beated banger tucked halfway between a hip hop-synth ridden and post-trap track. There’s no doubt we’re with him here.
