Two rising stars from Australia collide as Lower Spectrum puts his own electro/tech house spin on the delightfully pop-infused “Broken Boy” from Thief. Australia has really been having an outpour of electronic music reaching our shores here in Southern California this year. Lower Spectrum injects deep and gurgling synths that feel like dark clouds forming and which eventually clear out for a bit to let a snippet from the original track shine.
