The Midnight – “Nighthawks (Lifelike Remix)”
LA based retro synth-wave boys, The Midnight put out their first full length ‘Endless Summer’ last year. Included was “Nighthawk” -an 80s pop dream that reeked of nostalgia. Just a few weeks ago they introduced a follow up release titled ‘The Midnight Remixed’ and among the gems we found Lifelike‘s remix for “Nighthawks.” The result was match made in heaven. Lifelike took a blissfully minimal approach focusing on ambient build ups and pure feeling. See for yourself below.
