Simian Mobile Disco – “Snake Bile Wine (Trevino Remix 1)”
Now, we think it’s safe to say that Simian Mobile Disco is right up there with the best in the scene. It’s a hard feat to improve upon one of their original tunes. So when we heard over at Mixmag that Marcus Kaye, a.k.a Trevino, was stepping up to remix the duo’s latest track “Snake Bile Wine” we approached it with care. But once that drum and bass rhythm hit our ears we were hooked. The bass is strong and the echoing synths are magic. Definitely worth a listen.
