seyr – “RHB”
The UK has a budding gem in their midst that goes by the name seyr. The duo has only released two tracks so far that have made a blip on our radar. Not much is known about them, so all we can go off of is their music which is always nice. They also have an interesting approach to making tracks, check out what they have to say about it:
“The music was mainly inspired by the frame of mind we were in at the time of starting the song. These ideas were sparked usually late at night &/or early hours of the morning so it reflects that kind of head space you’re in at those times, which then led us to the title ‘Nights Without’.”
The latest gift off their Nights Without EP is called “RHB”, a deep and soulful track with minimal strung out instrumentals playing off the richly emotive vocals. It certainly echoes that liminal frame of mind during those early hours before dawn. Sink into these lush ambient soundscapes below.
