Rüfüs Du Sol- “You Were Right”
Earlier today Sydney trio RÜFÜS Du Sol dropped the first single off their forthcoming sophomore album! We’ve been big fans of them since they put out one of our all time favorite tracks, “Desert Night.” And the last time we checked in on them they were putting out some stellar remixes. This new gem is called “You Were Right” and it is shaping up to be another summer anthem for us (much like what “Desert Night” was to us two years ago).
Warm synth melodies and those oh-so-charming vocals lead us in gently. The hook is so catchy that you will find yourself singing and dancing along without realizing it. It has a really cool groove that caters to the dancer in all of us and totally captures that vibe you get when the sun is setting and you start getting into that nighttime mindset where inhibitions are fading and the dance floor is your only release.
