Pyramid – “Sand World (Pixel Boy OST)”
If you ask us to name some of our favorite electronic artists that have come out in the last two years we would definitely have to put Pyramid pretty high up on that list. His productions and remixes have been on point ever since we first heard him on that Kitsuné compilation a while back. One of his latest projects came as quite a pleasant surprise. Apparently he has been working with the makers of a rad little indie game titled Pixel Boy to create a full original soundtrack.
We weren’t really sure what to think, but then we heard the freebie “Sand World” on his soundcloud yesterday and we have to say that it is pretty f*cking cool. Dreamy, ambient electronic melodies are oozing out of this entire track. Any game with a soundtrack like this would definitely have us dying to play it.
