With over a decade of songwriting, singing and producing under his belt (not to mention a stint writing for Keri Hilson, Kelly Rowland, 50 Cent, The Clutch, etc.) Romuald is definitely the man to get you on your feet. And once he teams up with musician/composer Madji’k, who has an equal amount of experience and endless releases with labels like Nervous, Henry Street, Diamond Traxx, Deeptown and more, you know you have a winning duo.
“Fastlane” is the fruit of their labors together and it comes at the most opportune time, the peak of sun-kissed summer weather and pool parties galore! It’s going to drop on Friday July 17th with the help of the indomitable Continental imprint. Don’t sleep on this one folks! This infectious and luxurious dose of disco-funk is guaranteed to have you sweating it out for the rest of summer. Count on signature vocals from Romuald himself and a sweet lyrical verse from Stanza.
Included in the release will also be three infectious feel-good remixes from Continental’s own JBAG, London funk maven Get To Know and fellow French electronic duo Rise & Fool. You already know JBAG is coming with some sizzling nu disco heat adding their own bassline to give it that extra oomph. Get To Know injects some freestyle guitars to his funky rendition and Rise & Fool round out the release with an exquisite deep house groove.
