Phoebe Ryan – “Chronic (The Knocks High In Harajuku Remix)”
Following a highly anticipated and ultimately very well received debut album, The Knocks had time to spare to put their spin on L.A songwriter Phoebe Ryan‘s “Chronic.” The full label was ‘The Knocks High In Harajuku Remix’ so with that title we can surely expect something playful and upbeat. The NYC based duo delivers something sexy, approachable and pop-tinged that can easily transition from the nightclub to your car to your daytime pool parties. But one thing’s for sure, this should be enjoyed with the volume all the way up. The energy from this track is so infectious that it’s hard to get it out of your head long after it’s over (not that we mind). Thursday is the new Saturday with this track.
