Oma Nata – “Alone Together”
The Montréal tastemakers over at Bolting Bits premiered a stunning new track from enigmatic Portuguese producer Oma Nata. The Berlin based sound designer returns to Discotexas sub-label Forbidden Cuts with a follow up EP. The title track premiered earlier today and it unleashes that signature Oma Nata exploration into a ‘moodier, vibrant and exotic sound’ through an array of musical genres. “Alone Together” brings some addictive Latin American percussion mixed with soulful and minimal jazz samples. An underrated combination that, when done right, is completely magical.
