Little Dragon – “Nabuma Rubberband (AIMES Rework)”
We can never turn away a slow and seductive rework, especially if that rework is coming from NYC’s AIMES. This budding talent continues to bring down the house with a new rework of Little Dragon‘s “Nabuma Rubberband”. A couple weeks ago, we introduced you to the TEED remix for one of the tracks of Little Dragon’s latest album and it brought a slightly more electric vibe. AIMES’ take on the album’s title track really delivers a smooth house melody with nu disco flourishes enhancing the jazzy vocals making for a lush summer anthem to take with you on a late night drive.
