Grum – “Trine EP”
The last few months have been big ones for Graeme Shepherd, a.k.a Grum. Most recently he’s been supporting the Above & Beyond crew on tour through both abroad and here in the states. Yesterday, we received word that Grum was teaming up with Anjunabeats to churn out a blazing new three track EP called ‘Trine.’ Below you can stream all three gems lifted from their BBC Radio premieres.
First up is “U” with a deeply melodic and irresistibly euphoric synth work. It employs some of those big-room beats we can all jump to during festivals. Following up that banger is “Lightspeed” with a burst of electro, trance energy made all the more enjoyable with a sleek retro sheen. And rounding out the release is “Builder” with a steady climbing vibe that gets better with each passing second. It’s refreshing to see that Grum has kept true to the uplifting energy in his music throughout the span of his career. Keep ’em coming dude, we’ll be right behind you.
