Clean Bandit – “Rather Be (The Magician Remix)”
Stephen Fasano, a.k.a The Magician has managed to keep his place at the top of our radar for quite some time now and his latest endeavor proves just why he is one of our favorites. The Magician has the ability to take a track, like British foursome Clean Bandit‘s track “Rather Be“ for example, and put it through an out of this world filter. He uses the original melody with bubbling pad work and builds on it with a much deeper and resounding bass that intertwines with Jess Glynne‘s lush vocals. The remix is definitely related to the original, but in a league of its own.
