3615 Nuits Blanches – “Don’t Wanna Dance”

Picture the moody, melancholic and totally relatable romance of ‘Lost In Translation’ set in the ‘City of Light.’ This is what came to mind when we stumbled upon the beautifully nostalgic electro pop/dance album from Parisian duo 3615 Nuits Blanches. It’s an amalgamation of sensuality, outrun electro, disco, glitter, pop and tears wrapped up in a gorgeous debut album titled ‘About Last Night.’ The first taste we had of their signature sound was the track called “Don’t Wanna Dance,” but don’t let the name fool you because this gem serves up a hearty helping of sexy late night dance grooves for those night revelers staying up until the break of dawn. Check out the music video after the jump featuring Antonine and her glossy vocals singing into the camera in front of a projection. Top notch first outing for this promising duo. We’ll be keeping a close watch on them.
