Sondrio – “Mint Julep”
Some of you probably remember reading Sondrio‘s name on our post about Midnight Pool Party‘s “Linger” remixes. He really made a standout remix for that track and now he returns with another exquisite tune titled “Mint Julep”. The power on that bass is jaw-dropping. The vocoder gives that special nod to the funky past and then he brings an oh-so-smooth ascending chord progression that explodes into layered erratic episodes throughout the rest of the track. Really masterful layering of elements on this one. Check out what he mentions about the track:
