Roby – “Waterfalls (Dear David Remix)”
The elusive swedish producer known as Dear David made a long awaited return on Friday with the release of his third single “Fever.” And it worked to enhance our fascination with his polished and sophisticated dance music. A couple of weeks back a new remix for budding singer/songwriter Roby lit up the blogosphere and even got a spot on Pete Tong’s taste-making radio show. We finally got around to listening to it and boy is it everything we expected and more. It flirts brilliantly with on the line between tech house and heady ambient electronica while still holding strong to those keen melodic nuances. You can easily transition from open air venue to dance floor to your bedroom with this remix. Big ups to Dear David for this gorgeous rendition!
