Sometimes you just need that extra bit of oomph to reenergize your day and it’s a good thing we have this sumptuous download for your ears only! By now we’ve all heard “Starboy,” but we haven’t heard it quite like this. Mexico has been churning out some stellar music and producers lately and this next up-and-comer hails from Guadalajara, Jalisco going by the alias of Reptille.
Last time we heard from him we were melting with his rendition of Sunday’s track “Only” (one of our favorites of last year). And now he’s back to solidify our interest in him with a silky smooth version of this pop hit. His choice of slowing down the tempo and adding a cosmic sheen really worked to his advantage. It’s soft, alluring, sexy and still worth a good slow dance session. Keep your ears to ground for more from this promising producer.
