Flash and the Pan – “Midnight Man (Plastic Plates Remix)”
It’s rare that two tracks involving the same artist ever grace the front page of IHOS simultaneously, but when it happens it means the certain artist is both on a roll and doing a damn great job at it. Plastic Plates has finishing off the year by rolling remix after remix and they’ve all been of top quality. This time he’s turned a track from the now defunct Australian new wave duo (Flash and the Pan) into a modern disco scorcher. The track is made for late night dance floor hours yet still manages to sustain a delicate energy about it. Enjoy friends.
