Dukwa – “Shattered In A Thousand Places EP”
Italian producer Dukwa has us on a nostalgic ride that we don’t want to come back from. He recently dropped a debut release with the folks over at Glasgow’s formidable imprint Numbers. ‘Shattered In A Thousand Places’ is the name of this stunning four-track EP that references disco, house, hip-hop, classic Detroit bass and uplifting electronica. The opening track titled “Thoughts” is a knockout that reminds us of early Digitalism with hints of Daft Punk in those shimmering chord progressions. Stream all four tracks after the jump!
