Melbourne disco don Dawn Again envelopes all our senses in another absolutely stellar EP titled ‘Friends.’ The EP dropped on Monday via AIMES’ imprint, Wonder Stories. In it you’ll find three exquisite originals along with a remix from NYC based producer Lawrence Lee. It has elements that anyone would enjoy from “Dharamsala” with an extremely melodic and almost Balearic groove to “The Pyramid Scheme” with hazy, spatial synth layers on top of layers with an irresistible mid-tempo groove. “432 Evergreen” brings a surging bass heavy energy with a low end disco bass line. Lawrence Lee rounds things out with his version of “The Pyramid Scheme” with a raucous peak hour rave vibe.
