Chaos In The CBD – “Global Erosion”
The Chaos In The CBD boys return with a slow simmering tune called “Global Erosion.” There’s a quick and poetic pitter-patter in the percussion that quickly charms its way through our bodies. And once you pay closer attention to the various forms of percussion on this track then you suddenly see the meaning in the title. Warm and soothing synths are enhanced with the addition of stunning trumpets to send us on a deep aural journey. It’s melodic and soulful and carries a lot of those rich melancholic tones in jazz that we love. The tones are mysterious and romantic while the instrumentals are lively and deliberate.
