Pool Boy – “Old Dog No Tricks”
Check out this solid disco trip hailing from the London imprint Coastal Haze and their latest addition to the roster, Pool Boy. The single is called “Old Dog No Tricks” and comes ahead of the January 22nd release of the Pool Boy LP. The label has disseminated this air of mystery behind the identity of Pool Boy and the only hint that they dropped was that it was produced overlooking the port of Vancouver. Some savvy music fiends have speculated that it might by Cyril Hahn, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, get your fill of this chugging, layered, lush and progressive disco dream. Keep it groovy!
