Lane 8 just shared the new artwork and third single from his forthcoming sophomore album. This mesmerizing anthem is called “Coming Back To You“ and features vocals from J.F. July. It’s deep and resounding with a rad driving melody that is uplifted by arpeggiating synths. The euphoric builds, the epic climaxes and never going over the top. He also announced the tour dates for his album ‘Little By Little’ which are up now over on the This Never Happened page.
Big ups to the Phonica Records crew for premiering this absolutely stellar track from Lauer. It’s called “Arumba” and it’s lifted from a split release coming out on Fort Romeau and Ali Tillett’s Cin Cin imprint. The double sided release includes tracks from Lauer and The Golden Filter. “Arumba” clocks in just under 7 minutes of beautiful and relentless tech house. It has some rad breaks that chime in with airy, nostalgic synths. There’s so many interesting sonic textures at play in this song that we’d rather let you experience them for yourselves. Take it for a spin after the jump! Look out for the release on January 19th!
A couple of days ago the folks from Razor-N-Tape shared a pulsing house cut from Luvless as part of a new project with the members of the Rose Records crew. Luvless and M.ono were brought on to share a track for this double sided release with a special bonus digital track from Luvless which we’ve been having on repeat for the last hour. No dance floor is safe with a burner like this rolling around. “Stretchin” brings the heat with a solid progressive groove complete with pulsing bass and bubbling synths and splash of disco. We have been completely floored by this new EP from Berlin based producer, Toulouse. The EP is titled ‘Tayeh’ and comes with four absolutely exquisite deep house tracks. Each track is inspired by his travels through the Middle East and the influence is certainly felt and heard interweaving through each track. Hypnotic slow burning grooves and majestic acoustic instrumentals. It’s all so poetic, nostalgic and beautifully composed that you can listen to it anytime and anywhere. We’re totally going to be keeping an ear out for more from this talented newcomer.
Here goes your daily pick-me-up courtesy of French producer Marinsky. He teams up with CI for his latest single and unleashes this saucy little ditty called “Hey Girl.” The result is a super funky disco gem that will add that extra bit of oomph to your day. Those orchestral additives mixed with that killer bassline make for a potent dance floor combination. Take it for a spin after the jump!
The Stratford Court crew dropped a super chill and dreamy anthem from the undeniably talented Alison. Alison’s affinity towards synths is on full display in a track that brings in the new year on the right foot. “Endless Reflexions” is soft and atmospheric with a mix of hazy and solid synthscapes. Few people can deliver a track that is synth-lead and doesn’t get old after a couple minutes. Alison is definitely doing it right. Check it out after the jump.
Time for some peak hour fodder folks. This onslaught is brought to you by the guys of Human Movement. It’s titled “Friday Flats” and this stellar techno/ tech house cut is sure to bring the fire this weekend. Relentless bass stabs paired with a Tronco Traxx vocal sample hit all the right spots for us. It’s exactly the kind of big room euphoric anthem we’re going to be using this NYE to greet 2018. Let’s keep the disco vibes going strong! This next one hails from France via up-and-coming producer Agrume. He’s crafted a completely addictive feel-good disco track that will definitely give you a mood boost to keep you going into the weekend. The vocals are even sung by the man himself and we always appreciate anyone that can use a vocoder properly. Make sure you give yourself plenty of room because you won’t be sitting down for this one!
The freebies keep on rolling in as we prepare to close out the year with a bang. Ash Reynolds provides a funky disco cut to get your NYE party kicked off on the right foot. The Borneland brothers and Falcon Punch collaborated on a soulful cut titled “Night Time” which took them about two years to finalize. In that time they traveled to the U.S., Denmark and Slovenia where they picked up collaborators along the way like vocals from Line Gøttsche of Denmark and that sexy sax work from Anton Krutov of Slovenia. The brothers and Falcon Punch have released two new remixes from NTEIBINT and AIMES along with a rework from them. The one we want to focus on is this super sultry and soulful remix from NTEIBINT that melts in your ear. It’s perfect for sipping on a cocktail as you ride these blissed out soundwaves.
