British-Japanese Maya Jane Coles has proven to be a visionary and virtuoso in the production world, holding it down as a female DJ in a male dominated space. Her eclectic roots range from experimenting with genres from hip hop to techno and now deep house, making her unstoppable in her tracks. She answers our prayers by remixing Kwab’s haunting “Pray for Love”, making the track even eerier with her dark edit and deep, complex retexturing of the vocals.
