Kraak & Smaak – “Ghostnote”
Eskimo Recordings announced a follow up compilation to “The Pink Collection” and “The Blue Collection” about two weeks ago. The new compilation is dubbed “The Green Collection” and delivers another carefully curated slew of indie dance, nu disco and electronica. It will don 12 eargasmic songs from the likes of Knight One, Horixon, Blende, Satin Jackets feat Patrick Baker and Kraak & Smaak to name a few. Today we want to sink our teeth into the seductive electronic ride called “Ghostnote” from Kraak & Smaak. This track sends chills up and down our spine with crisp and cascading piano progressions supported by an ultra-sexy retro electro melody. Cool 80’s electronic touches are thrown into the mix and the result is one that is obviously inspired by the old, yet resonates in the here and now.
