IHOS Premiere: Jamie Prado – “Stay True feat. TWYLA (original mix)”
It’s Friday and that means the weekend is right around the corner. It also means having proper tunes to get you pumped. This next premiere is for LA based Jamie Prado‘s latest which is the second single from his forthcoming, Weekend Waveforms due in October. “Stay True” is composed of beautiful piano chord arrangements and buttery vocals from Columbus based singer, TWYLA. TWYLA describes her experience working on the track: “I loved working with Jamie and writing ‘Stay True.’ My favorite lyric in the song is ‘too electric to buzz,’ mostly because I love that vibe; the electricity I feel in music is powerful and contagious.” And we couldn’t agree any more. There’s something really uplifting and delicate about the track that is heightened by the steady grumbling bass Prado puts behind it- ultimately making it a track that can rank amongst peak hour bangers or when you’re simply relaxing at home by the pool. Can’t wait for the full length.
