Georgia Mason and her distinctive vocal talents are put through Plastic Plate‘s polished dance filter. Her brooding song “Running Blind”, which also doubles as the title track for her debut EP, is an orchestral beauty that is enhanced by her stunning voice. Felix, a.k.a Plastic Plates, really builds around her powerful pipes and constructs an infectious, bass led melody that deserves to have you on your feet and dancing.
One thing is always certain with Plastic Plates’ remixes and that is special attention to the groove. He incorporates layered arpeggios with her vocals and a bouncing summer energy that mixes equal parts of house and disco. And that closing bit is pure aural gold with a deeper groove.
