Free Slice ft. Shae B – “One Dance (Drake Cover)”
As far as covers go we usually try to steer clear of them. Either they do a terrible job or they sound exactly like the original. Once in a while though, someone comes along that knows how to handle the job. And that is the case with Santa Monica based duo Free Slice and their reinterpretation of Drake‘s immensely popular song “One Dance.” The duo teams up with songbird/DJ Shae B who delivers some killer vocals that do the original justice. The nu disco/funk/electro twist on the original is perfect. Everything about the track reads as a quintessential summer anthem.
