We are definitely suckers for the over the top costumes and visually outsanding performances Empire of the Sun have made themselves known for. But it’s not just their physical appearances and theatrical performances that astound, it’s also their music. It’s simple but so damn effective. Now, German producer Final DJs has melded his synth retrofuture soundscapes with EOTS’s simplistic pop anthem “Wandering Star.” The result couldn’t be any more”meant to be.” It just works so well, that it almost sounds like the band produced it themselves, or better yet, strip away the vocals and you have an orignal Final DJS track.
