Childish Gambino – “Redbone (Nick Bike Edit)”
Looks like we aren’t the only ones that have been hooked on Childish Gambino‘s latest album. ‘Awaken, My Love’ is a total standout album and if you haven’t had the chance to hear it then allow “Redbone” to be your first introduction. Super slow and funky with beautifully soulful vocals brought together by a rad mix of synths, electric guitar riffs, poignant piano chords and a slinky beat. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better we hear this awesome rendition from Nick Bike who gives it an extra bit of oomph with a club tipped tempo boost and enhancement of the vocals and original melody. Sweat it out all night long with this one!
