The music world mourns the loss of influential French producer, Philippe ‘Zdar’ Cerboneschi, one half of the seminal house duo Cassius. Him and his partner Hubert ‘Boom Bass’ Blanc-Francard have made a huge mark on the music scene as Cassius since the late 90s. Their latest album, ‘DREEMS,’ released today and a new music video for the song “Don’t Let Me Be” popped up a couple of days ago. The track and video serve up a beautiful slice of sun-kissed nu disco featuring vocals from Owlle. Philippe worked with the likes of Cut Copy, Phoenix, Cat Power, Kanye, Chromeo and many more.
