We have been on Bufi‘s trail for quite a while now. The Mexican beat wizard is now based in Paris and it seems his music is evolving beautifully. This latest track from him is called “Ritmoculto” and it comes to the world via the Mexico City/New York imprint Electrique Music as part of their ‘Electrique #80’ vinyl. Bufi has a knack for constructing chilling and hypnotic tracks that still carry a strong dance appeal. And we think it is safe to say by now that those trace elements of disco will never be far away from a Bufi original.
