Bag Raiders – ‘Check Mate EP’
Bag Raiders have been on a very long and successful journey to satisfy our ear drums. Their latest EP ‘Check Mate’ is a collection of nostalgic pop anthems that strip down their writing abilities song writing to the bare bones. Not sure if it’s an ode to 2007 but we’re right on board. The guys have experimented with various sounds over the years, but their pop sensibility always seems to shine through the best and the most. You can catch the guys on the remainder of their US Tour – 4/4 in Los Angeles at The El Rey Theatre. Also on our radar is Portland, San Francisco and Santa Cruz.
