Annie Lennox – “Little Bird (Du Tonc Rework)”

The guys from Du Tonc return to grace our speakers with a rad freebie. They rework one of our favorite Annie Lennox songs, “Little Bird,” and give it a polished contemporary electronic spin. The original is a strangely uplifting track filled with her iconic vocals. They make excellent use of her vocal levels and pair them with thumping bass stabs, a bouncing synth treatment and elements of the original instrumentals. Somehow they manage to capture the same exuberance in Annie’s version while at the same time breathing new life into it for a modern dance floor. Grab it for free below.
